Leakage may happen if the pump is not assembled properly, silicone parts are loose, the milk collector is overfilled, or the pump is tilted too much. Recheck the parts, keep the pump upright, and remove it carefully after use.
Low suction can happen if parts are not fitted correctly, silicone accessories are loose or damaged, the valve is worn out, or the flange size is not suitable. Clean, dry, and reassemble all parts properly before using again.
Pain usually happens because of incorrect flange size, high suction level, or wrong pump placement. Start with a lower suction level and check your flange size. Pumping should feel comfortable, not painful.
After each use, separate all washable parts that come into contact with milk and wash them with warm, soapy water. Rinse properly and let them air dry completely before storing or using again.
The motor unit should not be washed, dipped in water, or sterilized. It contains electronic parts. You can wipe the motor unit gently with a clean, slightly damp cloth.

Flange size depends on your nipple measurement, not breast size. The right size should allow comfortable nipple movement without rubbing, pain, or too much empty space.
The correct flange size helps with comfort, milk flow, and suction performance. A wrong size can cause pain, low milk output, nipple rubbing, swelling, or leakage.
Your flange may be wrong if pumping feels painful, your nipple rubs against the tunnel, too much areola is pulled inside, milk output is low, or you notice swelling after pumping.
